TEAM MEMBERS

Chris Todd

President | 2003 to present

Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.  He is responsible for managing all aspects of the company, including reviewing design submittals and completing site visits to check for compliance with design drawings.  Chris has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry.

Wes Lundeby

Project Engineer | 2004 to present

Wes has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.  He is responsible for estimating, scheduling, job cost tracking, contract negotiations, and field engineering during the construction of projects.  Wes has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry.

Ashli Farrar

Office Manager | 2006 to present

Ashli has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Mercer University.  She is responsible for managing the day to day running of the HTM office, as well as A/P, A/R,  and Payroll.  Ashli has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry.

Mike James

Superintendent | 2007 to present

Responsible for managing crews and constructing various soil retention projects, both in Colorado and other states.  Mike has over 30 years experience in the construction industry.

Rene Chavira

Superintendent | 2004 to present

Responsible for managing crews and soil retention projects in Colorado and Texas.  Rene has over 15 years experience in the construction industry.

Jeremiah Ritter

Superintendent | 2006-Present

Responsible for managing crews and soil retention projects on the Western Slope and in the Denver area, as well as other states.  Jeremiah has over 15 years experience in the construction industry.
